Cookie policy
Version dated 12 October 2026.
What we store in your browser
TWØIE uses browser storage and session mechanisms to provide the features you use. Cookies are small files saved by a website. A similar technology is localStorage, which stores website data locally. The rules below cover both technologies.
We enable Google Analytics 4 only after you voluntarily select “Accept analytics”. Before consent and after rejection, we do not load the Google script or send analytics requests to Google. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the catalogue, configurators, basket or account access.
Purpose and retention period
- Basket: we store the selected product codes and quantities so your choices remain when you refresh the page. This data stays until you clear the basket or website data.
- Sign-in: an essential customer-session cookie maintains access to the approved account for up to 7 days. You can end the session with “Sign out”. It may also expire or be revoked.
- Submitting a request: a local copy of the data and an attempt identifier let us resolve an interrupted connection without creating a second request. We remove the copy once the result is confirmed. If the result is unknown, it remains until the issue is resolved or you manually delete the website data.
- Analytics choice: the twoie-analytics-consent-v1 record in localStorage remembers your acceptance or rejection and its date for 180 days. The essential twoie-analytics-optout cookie records rejection only, for up to 180 days, and overrides earlier consent even if saving to localStorage fails. These records are used to respect your choice, not for analytics or advertising; they do not contain an advertising identifier. After that period, we ask for consent again. Closing the previous cookie notice does not give analytics consent.
- Google Analytics 4 — only with consent: the _ga and _ga_DYLKZJGJ1L cookies may store identifiers used to measure traffic. We configure them to expire after no more than 180 days, without automatically renewing them on subsequent page views. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes these cookies where this website can access them.
- Interface language: the twoie_language cookie remembers your choice of PL or ENG for up to one year. It is used only to retain the interface language and is not an advertising identifier.
- Security and access: the hosting and sign-in infrastructure may use technical session and connection-protection mechanisms. The office panel uses a separate sign-in process.
What optional analytics covers
Measurement covers public page views, traffic sources and basic device and browser information. We use Google Analytics 4 in Basic Consent Mode: the script is blocked until consent is given. Analytics consent does not include advertising. Consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remains denied. We do not measure forms, transactions or purchases.
We do not send email addresses, NIP tax identification numbers, business names, basket data or form contents to Analytics. The page URL, title and referring-page URL are sanitised; activation parameters, password-reset parameters and other data from links are not transmitted. Private account and office panels, sign-in, activation and password reset are excluded from measurement.
How to manage stored data
You can change your choice in “Cookie settings” in the footer. Equal-choice buttons let you accept or reject analytics, and you can withdraw earlier consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. A change may refresh the page to stop a script that has already loaded; your basket is retained.
We do not provide a separate switch to disable essential storage because it supports the features you choose to use. You can block or delete website data in your browser settings. This may clear the basket, end your session or prevent your request from being remembered.
Before deleting data, check the result of any request being submitted. Sign out when you finish using a shared device. Deleting browser data does not delete a request already saved by the office.
Analytics provider
Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under Google’s terms, using the data-transfer mechanisms offered by Google. Google’s privacy documentation describes the processing in more detail. Contact the controller about the rules applying to the TWØIE website.
