TWØIE terms and conditions

Website and B2B order requests. Version effective from 1 October 2026.

1. Service provider and seller

The TWØIE website is operated by MØIE Mieszko Żuchowicz, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 1/2, 77-400 Złotów, NIP tax identification number 7671588691, REGON 300915931. Business contact: Mieszko Żuchowicz, +48 793 579 889, biuro@twoie.pl.

TWØIE offers components and systems for businesses. MØIE Mieszko Żuchowicz operates the website and handles sales under the TWØIE brand.

2. Online services and conditions of use

We provide a product catalogue, PDF sheets, a basket for preparing a request, an order enquiry form and a customer panel for people granted access by the office, free of charge. An account is not required to browse the catalogue or submit a request.

You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript. The basket and sign-in require browser storage to work. Opening the sheets requires a browser or application that supports PDF; signing in requires access to the approved email address.

Use the website lawfully, provide accurate data and act on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious software or personal data that is not needed to handle the matter. Do not share sign-in codes with others.

You start using the catalogue and basket by selecting the relevant feature. You can stop at any time by closing the website, removing basket items or signing out. A locally saved basket may remain in your browser until you clear it.

3. How an order request works

  1. Select products and the number of whole sales units. Enter the business details, contact person and delivery location.
  2. The “Submit order request” button saves your request with the TWØIE office. The number displayed on screen confirms receipt. It does not confirm a sales contract and does not initiate payment.
  3. The office confirms the product selection, availability, price, partner terms, timing and full delivery cost.
  4. A sales contract is concluded only after the final terms are separately agreed and accepted by both parties. The office will provide the payment method and deadline in its summary.

Products marked “On request” or with an “Arrange an order” button require individual contact. A photograph of an assembled system shows how the elements fit together; individual parts are ordered separately.

4. Prices, discounts and units

List prices are shown in PLN excl. VAT and incl. VAT, per unit specified for each product. The price incl. VAT includes 23% VAT. The basket adds the prices of whole units; it does not multiply them again by the length of a roll or bar. The goods total excludes delivery.

After signing in, a person with active access can see prices approved for their business. Partner terms are set by the office. Creating access or submitting a request does not itself grant a discount. Terms for new requests do not change previously saved summaries.

Check the bar length, roll length and number of pieces in a pack. For an item labelled “piece”, a quantity of 1 means one item. Where a price per metre is shown, we confirm the sales length and ordering unit separately.

The public partner offer shows example prices at the stated discount; a link or QR code does not automatically grant those terms. You can see your business’s approved terms after signing in. Minimum prices may limit the discount on a particular item. HC drives are not discounted.

Prices for ready-made curtain tracks in the configurator are reference prices. Manual equipment changes, bending and items requiring confirmation need a final quotation and customer acceptance before fulfilment. The basket retains the summary as submitted; the office confirms any separately agreed quotation.

5. Availability, selection and delivery

A product appearing in the catalogue does not confirm stock availability or immediate dispatch. The office will confirm availability and timing. Choose specifications and compatible parts for the particular system, colour and application; contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

We agree the transport cost, delivery method and collection date before a contract is concluded. Long bars may require long-load transport or collection in person. We do not automatically assume a profile should be cut.

6. Customer panel

The office grants access using an approved email address and provides a single-use link to set a password. Subsequent sign-ins use the email address and password. Entering a NIP tax identification number alone does not give access to business history. People with active access can see data available to their business’s accounts, including prices and requests submitted by signed-in accounts. Requests submitted without signing in are not automatically added to this history.

You can request that your panel access be ended by emailing biuro@twoie.pl. Revoking access does not cancel agreed orders or delete documents we are required to retain. The office may suspend access if your authorisation to act for the business is withdrawn or a security breach is identified.

7. Changes, withdrawal of requests and complaints

Before a purchase is agreed, you can change or withdraw a request by contacting us and giving its number. After a contract is concluded, changes are agreed in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

Send complaints about the website or goods to biuro@twoie.pl or in writing to the business address. Describe the problem and provide your contact details and request or order number, if available. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint; statutory provisions providing more favourable rules remain binding.

These terms do not exclude rights arising under mandatory law. This also applies to an individual conducting a business who is entitled to consumer protection in the particular transaction. We provide the information required for the specific contract, including the right of withdrawal and any statutory exceptions, before the contract is concluded.

8. Privacy, cookies and documents

The rules on data processing are set out in the privacy policy, and browser storage is described in the cookie policy. Submitting an order request does not give marketing consent.

You can save or print these terms free of charge using your browser. The current version is available in the website footer and before submitting a request. New rules do not retrospectively change the terms of contracts already concluded. We notify you of significant changes affecting an active account before they take effect.
